Pip Kirkby

Pip worked for The Jockey Club managing both Market Rasen and Nottingham Racecourses, before moving to take on the role of Chief Executive of The Pony Club. In this role she provided valuable experience of the NFP sector, balancing with the extensive commercial knowledge gained whilst managing racecourses. A qualified coach, Pip also brings operational, management and strategic experience, together with extensive knowledge of the racing industry. She is working with the ROA on the delivery of the Industry Ownership Strategy Project.
