Chloe joined Racing Welfare in 2020 as Regional Community Executive for the south region, working with the team to develop initiatives that supported racing’s community during the Covid-19 pandemic. She later moved over to the communications team to take on the role of Media and Communications Manager, working on campaigns such as Mental Health Awareness Week and Racing Staff Week which gained significant industry buy-in. Chloe has been the charity’s Head of Community Engagement since the end of 2023, combining her community and communications experience to lead on the charity’s exciting and ever-evolving community programme.
Prior to joining Racing Welfare, Chloe worked for the Racehorse Owners Association (ROA) for several years in marketing and project-based roles. During this time she also worked in a freelance capacity with Race Horse Trader, an online platform for buying and selling Thoroughbreds. Chloe has spent her whole career working in racing, leaving school and heading straight to the BRS in Newmarket to complete the entry-level foundation training before going on to work for a couple of trainers in Lambourn, where she’s remained ever since.
