Alycia Pritchard has over thirty years’ experience within the equestrian sector. Her passion for the sport has taken her all over the world competing to a very successful level and managing large international equestrian facilities. Her love of racing developed when riding for Fred Welch and managing his facility which encompassed the breeding and production of racehorses for national hunt racing, this led her to prepare horses both for the sales and ready to enter training, she also trained point to pointers successfully. Alycia is a fully qualified coach and enjoys coaching from grassroots level through to international level, and has significant commercial experience within the leisure sector having developed and managed events successfully both nationally and internationally. She can advise on forward thinking strategic direction for business, sitting at Board level, implementing effective change management processes to encourage growth, improvement, and to deliver the company vision.
