Dena, founder of Simply Racing, has extensive experience in coaching and mentoring in the racing and gaming industry working with boards and senior executives across the sport. She devised and developed the original Women in Racing mentoring programme and more recently the Racing Home Programme. A former Managing Director at Credit Suisse, Dena had a breeding and bloodstock business before starting her own executive coaching practice working with leaders in the City, and working on business strategy with charities and in the military. She was a board member on the Scottish Racing Academy, ROA and Thoroughbred Owner and Breeder. Dena blends a keen understanding of racing politics with business expertise and specialisation in leadership.
