Women in Racing members can apply for bursary awards of up to £2,000, with applications assessed on a case‑by‑case basis.

Key Eligibility Criteria

Before applying, please ensure you meet the key criteria below:
- Applicants must be a current, paid WiR member based in Great Britain.
- Applicants should be actively working in the racing industry, or seeking to transition into it, and clearly demonstrate how the bursary supports their career ambitions.
- Applicants are strongly encouraged to explore co‑funding opportunities, such as employer contributions or other funding sources, and to disclose any confirmed or potential support within their application.
- Successful applicants will be expected to support the bursary programme by providing testimonials, taking part in Q&A sessions and acting as ambassadors for WiR.
