We are delighted to be working again with Pol Roger to bring you a Defender Burghley Horse Trials experience for 2023. This event is an informal networking opportunity and a brilliant way to see behind-the-scenes of another equestrian sport, at one of the best venues in the world.
Key information
7.30am: Gates Open
9am: Shops open
9.30am: Meet at the Pol Roger Lodge
9.45am: Cross Country course walk
10.30am: Exclusive Champagne tasting and talk
11.00am: Use of the Pol Roger Lodge and networking
12noon onwards: The Lodge is available to use throughout the day as a base while enjoying the second day of dressage and the shops.
Please note – you need to purchase your horse trials tickets and parking separately, directly with Burghley Horse Trials here if you haven’t already. The small cost below is to join the Pol Roger experience and WiR course walk and all funds go towards our Bursary programme which supports women working in racing financially with their personal development and growth – more info here.
*Important* All guests should make sure they dress appropriately for the weather and have some comfortable shoes for walking the course.
