Everyone has the right to feel safe, respected and valued within racing. Yet we know that speaking up about inappropriate behaviour can sometimes feel difficult, whether through uncertainty, fear of consequences or concerns about being believed.
Join us for this free lunchtime webinar, hosted by Annabel Timmins, who will provide an opportunity to start the conversation about creating safer environments for women in racing. Together, we will explore what inappropriate behaviour can look like, the barriers that can prevent people from raising concerns, and the importance of fostering a culture where everyone feels confident to speak up.
The session will reinforce a simple but important message: if someone’s behaviour makes you feel unsafe, uncomfortable or disrespected, you have the right to say so. Your voice matters, and concerns raised deserve to be listened to.
By encouraging open conversations and greater understanding, we can all play a part in creating environments where everyone feels safe and supported.
Thanks to the generous support of the British Horseracing Authority this webinar is free to attend for members and non-members.
