Rose Grissell

Rose joined the British Horseracing Authority in November 2018, to lead the diversity and inclusion activity across British Racing.
Prior to this she worked in the City leading an equality, diversity and inclusion programme for financial services organisations, as well as leading the green ribbon mental health awareness campaign and developing an initiative to support young women into the sector. She started her career as a Major Donor and Special Events Fundraiser working for disability charities, latterly at Samaritans.
Rose has been involved with racing her whole life and has previously trained and ridden in point-to-point races. She has just stepped down as Non-Exec Director of the Countryside Alliance and now spends her spare time helping her husband, who is a farmer and has MS, or running around after their two sons.
