I am a Data Analyst at the British Horseracing Authority, where I have worked for almost three years. In my role, I support the Strategy and Change department by providing data analysis and insight to help inform decision-making and drive improvements across British racing.
Before joining the BHA, I worked as a Senior Commercial Data Analyst at The Independent and previously as a Data Analyst within the agricultural sector. Working across different industries has given me a broad perspective on how organisations use data to solve problems, improve performance and support strategic goals.
I recently completed the Level 3 Mentoring Award through the National Horseracing College and am passionate about supporting others in their professional development. Having built my career across several sectors before moving into racing, I understand the value of guidance, encouragement and professional networks.
As a mentor, I enjoy helping people build confidence, explore career opportunities, develop their skills and work through professional challenges. I look forward to supporting mentees as they progress in their careers within the racing industry.
