Debbie Knott

Debbie is a lady that wears many hats. By day she works in the IT World as a Product Delivery Manager and at night she teaches a range of fitness classes from Pilates, HITT, Kettlercise. She is also an Exercise Referral specialist. helping people with MS, Parkinsons, Back pain and the list goes on.
In 2024, Debbie organised the National cycle Time Trial Championship’s for 10 miles, this attracted the fastest men and women in the UK. She has been involved in a lot of sports, from Cycling, running and Triathlon.
Her involvement in Horse Racing, ranges from Working in the Industry and also a Horse Race Owner, as part of Syndicates. She also owns an ex Racehorse called Mateka (Tikka), who she adores and so does everyone else that gets to meet her.
In her Full time jobs, she runs 3 Product Delivery Teams and the role contains a lot of Leadership and Mentoring of Team members. She spends most her time listening, Motivating and giving Feedback. She is also keen to help people seek opportunities in the areas they are working in.
