Following on from our successful “Behind the Scenes” Raceday at Haydock Park in 2025, we are delighted to offer our members the opportunity to take a peak behind the curtain at a top National Hunt yard and racecourse.

We start the day with a visit to Gr1 winning trainer Charlie’s Longsdon’s yard to watch horses work and talk to the senior female leadership team about the roles available to those who wish to work in a hands on capacity.

Then it’s on to Worcester Racecourse to meet the women leading the on-course teams about the jobs available for those wishing to explore employment options in a racecourse setting.
